Order our all-in-pack including:

Accommodation in sectional rooms 2+1, 2+2)

Meal 2x a day (breakfast in a form of a buffet, drinks are not included in the price of the dinner)

21st place for group leaders or principals free of charge

entrance to the Competition and Gala for accompanying relatives for free
This option is the best solution for all, but mandatory for travelers who need visa.

#2 Festival Fee
Only cherry-pick what you want from our program.
You can either only pay the participation fee or add something more from our offer in the General Program.

Price of the main program: 320 EUR per person.
(Payment is possible in USD or EUR according to the official exchange rate of the Central National Bank of the Czech Republic.)
Price of the participation includes competition-vise 2 performances in one nomination in the competition. (Participation in the Gala Concert is decided by the jury.)
Participation in additional nominations is available for extra payment.
Participants in the visual arts genre pick up from the offer only one nomination. If they want to participate in another nomination, additional payment is needed.
The price of participation in additional nominations:

The price of participation in additional nominations for soloists, duos, trios and quartets is 20 EUR per person.

The price of participation in additional nominations for ensembles of more than 5 persons is 10 EUR per each member.
General Program

DETAILED INFO
DAY 1 – 2. 5. 2024 – Thursday
Arrival to Prague, accommodation. Rooms are prepared from 2 PM. Meeting with the festival management, participating groups get official program of the festival. Dinner.
DAY 2 – 3. 5. 2024 – Friday
Breakfast. Sightseeing trip in Prague with professional guide. Boat trip on the river Vltava with lunch. Free time, that you can use for extra tours or workshops described below.
Tours/workshops for extra payment:

Visit of the Black Light theatre: 25 EUR per person

Dance Workshop (price of the workshop is 10 EUR per person, min. number of participants is 10, max. 30)
DAY 3 – 4. 5. 2024 – Saturday – Competition Day
Breakfast. Acquainting with the stage and technical equipment. Consultations, rehearsals. Competition program for the jury with lunch break. The Competition section of the festival takes place in one complex of the Olshanka hotel. In the evening you will be informed about participation in the Gala next day.

Visit of the Black Light theatre 25 EUR
DAY 4 – 5. 5. 2024 – Sunday – Gala, Awarding Day
Breakfast. Rehearsal of the final part of the Gala Concert. Lunch. Gala concert. Awarding ceremony. Stirrup glass for company and group leaders and choreographers.
DAY 5 – 6. 5. 2024 – Monday
Breakfast. Departure.
At your request, we are able to provide longer stay in Prague, accommodation in higher class hotel, transfers, sightseeing and trips (individual solution).
